We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and accountable Customer Service Officer to support a high functioning customer service and supply chain team. This role champions and efficiently executes customer service processes for sales orders and customer enquiries. As the first point of contact for customers this role is responsible for ensuring all contacts are left with a positive lasting customer service experience to support our strategic drivers. This role also works closely with the supply chain manager to collaboratively identify functional improvements.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their motivation to meet and exceed personal and team goals, while establishing and maintaining sincere and professional relationships. As are all roles within WD-40 Company, this position is an integral part of the smooth success of the Australian WD-40 Company tribe.
