The Digital & Brand Activation Lead partners with coach to lead digital marketing strategies for 3- and 5-year brand plans, working with sales and MDs. Develops and monitors 12-month digital marketing plans to drive sales, EBITDA, and brand growth across MRO, Automotive, Industrial, and DIY channels.
Supports Brand Development Projects from concept to execution, aligned with ARO’s Strategic Plan. Enhances the ARO Marketing Planning process in the Asia region, collaborating with BDM, RMs, and MDs.
Provides marketing support across the Marketing Mix, including Advertising, eCommerce, Trade Marketing, Promotions, and PR. Builds 3rd party relationships and supports omni-channel activation. Manages the A&P budget and ensures all expenses are tracked and within limits.
