Overview

Are you passionate about using data-driven insights to drive commercial success? We are looking for a Sales Enablement & Insights Manager to play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization. This role combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to optimize sales performance, guide decision-making, and align cross-functional teams in support of our growth goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Effectiveness & Operational Strategy:
    Develop and execute strategies, tools, and processes to optimize sales productivity, forecasting, and performance tracking in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage Data & Insights for Decision-Making:
    Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights, trends, and recommendations. Partner with analytics teams to integrate advanced data models into sales strategy and execution.
  • Enable Sales Teams Through Training & Coaching:
    Translate analytics into practical, tactical guidance. Deliver training and coaching programs to enhance data literacy and insight-driven selling across the sales force.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Align sales initiatives with marketing, product, and supply chain teams. Serve as a key liaison between sales teams and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize Processes & Ensure Governance:
    Continuously assess and refine sales processes for scalability and compliance. Maintain high standards of data quality and governance across systems.
  • Lead Strategic Projects & Innovation:
    Manage special projects related to process improvement, go-to-market strategies, and enablement tools. Stay ahead of market trends to guide proactive sales planning.
  • Manage Budgets & Event Resources:
    Oversee trade show spending and logistics, ensuring ROI and alignment with budget and capital planning requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), sales operations, sales enablement, or insights-driven roles
  • Proven background in inside sales, account management, or customer engagement across wholesale, automotive, hardware, or industrial channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience translating sales data into actionable insights
