We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Depot National Accounts Manager to champion sales and category leadership of one of the world's most identifiable brands, WD-40. The National Accounts Manager is responsible for creating and executing the sales vision, strategy and plan in collaboration with marketing and supply chain partners to obtain consistent sales and EBITDA growth.
In order to be successful, the National Accounts Manager must understand our customer and end user needs across all brands and categories in order to analyze, research, prepare presentations, negotiate and ultimately close sales. In addition, this role is also responsible for leading a data analyst and a talented and passionate WD-40 Company Home Deport Merchandising Team who were recent recipients of our internal Dream Team Award.

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to champion our WD-40 Company Brands. This position will champion the development and execution of marketing programs & strategy for assigned channels, invoice management, coupon initiatives, analysis, accruals, and other assigned projects.

The ABM is also responsible for budget management, monthly business reviews and cross functional team collaboration to maximize efficient and effective initiatives/plans in order to achieve our EBITDA and U.S. sales goals. The Innovation Development Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Americas innovation strategy focusing on the discovery and diligence phases of the new product development process. This dynamic, key leadership role manages the development and execution of new product business plans, including the creation of new product insights, ideas and solutions that will result in the delivery of new product/categories and/or platforms to achieve the Company’s strategic innovation mission.
