The Senior Equity Compensation & Technical Accountant is responsible for U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting requirements related to stock-based compensation arising from the Company's equity awards, day-to-day equity administration and the payment of dividends to the Company’s shareholders. A keen eye for detail, pro-activeness and a strong values alignment are ingredients for success in this role.

This key team member will assist with U.S. GAAP technical research, including the task of providing support for the rigorous requirements of implementation, documentation and disclosure of new accounting standards worldwide. In addition, supporting the preparation of the Company’s public filings and related disclosures (such as the 10-Q’s, 10-K, 8-K’s, Proxy Statement, etc.) is a great opportunity to get to know the inner workings of our global business.

Responsible for implementation of company sales and marketing programs to meet direct and indirect sales and EBITDA growth for MD within Mexico. Coaches, guides and motivates Marketing Distributor and their local teams within the MD market.Under guidance of the Regional Manager, is responsible for providing sales & marketing direction, development of channel plans, and oversight of key account management to the Marketing Distributor.Supports and partners with the MD in the introduction of new products, and identificationof new business development opportunities where all relevant opportunity exists.
Partners with marketing distributor in support of sales activities, education, program execution, etc. to optimize sales attainment. Reviews planning, execution and sales activities with the MD’s local teams.

Será responsable de la implementación de los planes de ventas y mercadeo de la empresa, para la obtención, directa o indirecta, de las ventas y crecimiento del EBITDA (Beneficios antes de Intereses, Impuestos, Depreciaciones y Amortizaciones, en español) para el MD (Marketing Distributor) de México. Capacitar, guiar y motivar al MD y sus equipos locales, bajo la guía del Gerente Regional, es responsable en proveer la dirección de ventas y mercadeo, planes de desarrollo por canal y la supervisión de los gerentes o jefes de cuentas clave (Key Account Managers) del MD. Apoyar y asociarse con el MD en la introducción de productos nuevos, en la identificación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, donde estas existan.
Asociarse con el MD para apoyarlo en las actividades relacionadas a las ventas, educación y ejecución de programas, etc. para optimizar la obtención de ventas. Revisar los planes y su ejecución, las actividades de ventas con el MD y sus equipos locales.

The primary responsibility for this role is to design, optimize and administer of our global Quality Management System (QMS), MasterControl. Supporting the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe teams, the QMS Guru will champion functionality, documentation and create efficiencies while ensuring internal and external document compliance is well in hand. In addition, this role will manage our external customer call center relationship, software and reporting (Wilke-Thorton). This role is fortunate enough to report to our very talented Director of Global Field Quality.

Let’s face it. The retail world has changed, lines have blurred and businesses and consumers alike want to shop how they want to shop and that means whenever, wherever, however they want. We are looking for an e-commerce change agent and technician to blaze a path with our key customers that leverage the e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, AutoZone, etc.
WD-40 Company does not sell direct to users. Instead, we provide e-commerce retailers and distributors with brand marketing support, images, product information and insights. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will have direct responsibility for Amazon and a few other E-commerce pure play customers and will collaborate with the National Account managers of the high profile retailers that actively participate in their own E-commerce initiatives.
This home-based position is responsible for the development and execution of account plans to support the e-commerce trade channel, maximizing sales and profit growth.
