We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join our UK Tribe.
Reporting directly to the Customer Services & Logistics Supervisor and working closely with the rest of the UK team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day customer service for the UK business to support achievement of country goals.
The role will Process orders from our business customers through a variety of systems and ensures the fulfilment of orders on time and in full for UK in collaboration with the Sales Team, Operations, Finance, Support Services and customers/suppliers. The individual will act as first point of contact for customer queries and will resolve issues relating to ordering, transport and delivery.
Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract vacancy for 6 months.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 2 or more years’ experience within an international company in a customer service support role
- Experience of using ERP system (or similar)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to use own initiative and react proactively

We are seeking a passionate, technically orientated Sales Manager to champion sales of the world's most identifiable bands, WD-40® and all the product lines. This home based position, located in Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon, is responsible for the implementation of company sales and marketing programs within the $2M territory of the Pacific Northwest that includes Alaska and Hawaii and an account concentration in the industrial, automotive and hardware channels.
