We are seeking an experienced, analytical, self- motivated Logistics Manager to continually develop and execute the transportation & distribution strategy for the Americas driving our focus on cost control and containment, superior customer service and execution excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing operational performance and proposing initiatives that explore cost savings, improved service and efficiency in addition to maintaining key data sources that support operational execution and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the movement of inventory to and between optimally functioning distribution sites and the delivery of the product to the customers’ place of business. Deliverables include optimal utilization of freight as measured financially, optimal utilization of warehousing as measured financially, optimal customer response as measured by On Time In Full KPIs and Customers’ Scorecards.
Our hands on Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading and providing global financial reporting, planning, analysis and recommendations to support business activities, decision making, forecasting, budgeting, capital planning and adhoc projects. With the support of the FP&A Analyst, this key role collaborates with finance and accounting partners and business leaders in Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas in the preparation of reports and analysis. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to champion our WD-40 Company Brands. This position will champion the development and execution of marketing programs & strategy for assigned channels, invoice management, coupon initiatives, analysis, accruals, and other assigned projects.

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor to our small Global FP&A team located in our corporate offices in San Diego reporting to the FP&A Manager. The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for completion of financial consolidation, reporting and analysis, various financial planning and analysis tasks, such as management reporting and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, currency analysis reports and special projects.
He/she works with internal partners and business leaders across our global organization which includes AsiaPac, EMEA and the Americas in the preparation of routine and adhoc reporting. In addition, he/she provides support for the Annual and Strategic Plan and quarterly forecasting process.
