We are seeking a passionate, technically orientated Sales Manager to champion sales of two of the world's most identifiable bands, WD-40® and WD-40 Specialist®. This home based position, located in Southern California, is responsible for the implementation of company sales and marketing programs within the $2M territory that includes all of California and an account concentration in the industrial, automotive and hardware channels. The successful candidate understands our customer and end-user needs across all brands and channels in order to prepare compelling technical and solution-based presentations, negotiate and ultimately close sales.
The Sales Manager is also responsible for partnering with independent brokers/service providers in support of sales pull through activities, education, program execution, etc. In addition, the Sales Manager will integrate customer retail category management/leadership programs.

We are seeking a motivated, engaging and digitally savvy Manager of Skilled Trade Association Partnerships who can build relationships with our existing trade association and trade school partners, and manage digital advertising and sampling opportunities that effectively reach the next generation of tradespeople. This newly created position will be responsible for managing digital marketing programs and doing in-person outreach, networking and education to the various skilled trade professions about what maintenance products they should be using on the job and how WD-40 Brand products can help them get the job done right.
This position is located in San Diego and will require travel up to 35%. This role will be building a new generation of tradespeople that are loyal to the WD-40 Brand because they understand how the products make their jobs easier.

This is a one-year, fixed-term role.
This critical role serves as a key member of the U.S. sales leadership team and is responsible for leading a variety of sales operational functions that contribute to commercial growth in the areas of sales planning and tracking, data analysis, forecasting, trade investment optimization, product launch execution, price increase recommendations and talent development.
The positon will lead a team of Sales Planning Managers, Administrators and Analysts which contribute analytics, sales support and strategy development and execution to all of the USA sales teams as well as serving as the voice of Sales into all WD-40 Company internal tribe members.
The successful candidate will work functionally across Sales and Marketing to lead teams in the sharing of best practices, insights, and performance in order to drive in topline sales and bottom-line profit.

We are seeking a self-initiated, process-driven and results-oriented Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst who’s looking to make a positive impact. This person will serve as an IT “trusted advisor” to mainly Sales and Marketing team leaders. While representing IT as the key point of contact you will have the opportunity to promote IT enterprise solutions and services such as CRM and other systems that drive productivity. You will effectively deliver projects with quality and to expectations aligned to stakeholder desired outcomes. In addition, the person in this role is expected to identify opportunities for improvement within the Project and Portfolio Management Team; frequently taking lead on items impacting the entire group or throughout IT.
